Fast-paced change requires trust in new thinking and approaches. Nowhere is this more pertinent than how our law applies to the IT sector – where change is constant and often unexpected. E-Diligence 2009 on 5 & 6 November brings together the leading technology, governance and legal practitioners to reflect on recent developments and forecast future trends in the field.
Keynote speaker Mervyn King will unravel the specific IT governance provisions of the King III report. Day 1 focuses on Information Management and Governance, with topics ranging from the new companies act and data privacy to cyber-crime and international best practice. Day 2 provides practical preparation with a focus on IT law in practice, new media, licensing, contracts and sector forecasting. Toolkits, checklists, templates, policies, roadmaps and advisory notes will be provided to all delegates.
